Not some generic, soulless goal that could be applied to anyone. It takes into account your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, and your tendencies. Human Design has helped me to accept myself just the way I am. It’s about working with and understanding what makes you, you. Along with accepting others and their differences. A key lesson is one doesn’t need to take anything personally, it’s just energy.

Self-awareness and self trusting

A key element of Human Design is getting to know yourself better. It helps you understand what happiness means for you, how to accept other people’s behaviour, what environment works best for you, and how to manage your energy levels. It helps you lean into trusting yourself. We often look outside ourselves for validation or affirmation that we are on the right track. Human Design, encourages us to trust our own inner guidance. Even if you don’t follow Human Design, taking the time to check in with yourself regularly, rather than just at New Year, can allow you to make those small but impactful adjustments when they are needed.

You are unique and that should be celebrated

It can be hard with so many social media messages and snapshots into other lives not to compare yourself to someone else. Do remember you are just seeing the edited highlights. Human design helps us to understand what our authentic self really looks like. And how to embrace and celebrate that. We are all here for a unique reason. We all have some role to play in the wider collective. Why you are here is as unique as your fingerprints.

Decision-making and being in the flow

For many, it can feel like we are out of alignment or just come up against struggles and blocks. But by understanding your Human Design it’s much easier to be who you really are and when you are in and our of alignment. One of the first things you learn in Human Design is about making decisions that are right for you versus what’s right for anyone else. When making decisions it’s important to understand your strategy and how to apply it. This will help you integrate decisions that get you into a flow state, and allow these decisions to work with you and not against you.
